Profile: The London Retaggio Brass Quintet was formed in 2012 by a group of past and current members of some of the UK’s finest military bands. This unique group have performed in venues all over the world as well as in the UK. They are a flexible and vibrant group of experienced musicians who plays with a sense of pure joy and fun. They are at home with most styles of music, ranging from high-quality concerts, corporate and promotional events, church and civil weddings, and social functions. Members of London Retaggio Brass reflect every aspect of music-making in London – as soloists, as orchestral players, and in the West End. Since forming the new ensemble they have already performed at the grand gala opening of London’s Intercontinental Hotel, Westminster, as well as at several other functions, concerts, weddings and educational presentation ceremonies.
