Profile: Alluring Acapella are a young and exciting vocal quartet based in London. This beautiful acapella barbershop group have a wealth of experience in performing and a unique sound. The quartet has performed on Channel 4, sung to sell-out crowds at the Edinburgh Fringe, and are frequently in demand for weddings and corporate events. The group formed in 2011 while studying classical singing at London music conservatoires. They share a passion for close harmony singing, particularly in different styles covering classical to contemporary and everything in between. They regularly have arrangements written for them by up and coming composers. With training from former Swingle Singer Linda Hirst, they write many of their own arrangements. We suggest this is a group to listen to – treat your guests to a spine-tingling set of the best singing they’ve heard in a very long time.
